Directions & Parking

The Office is located at 32 Summit Grove Ave in the Wilson Building in Bryn Mawr.  Be sure to look at the numbers ON TOP of the suites, not the parking spot numbers.  Look for my sign above my door. 
PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE NUMBERED TENANT SPACES RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING OR YOU WILL BE TOWED.   I cannot stress this enough. There is a Lower Merion Municipal Lot directly across from the building.  When you turn onto Summit from Lancaster Ave., the lot entrance will be immediately to your LEFT (across the street from the Dry Cleaners that’s on your R).  The lot is metered and accepts nickels, dimes and quarters.  There is also a parking app you can download.   TO AVOID A TICKET- PLEASE BE SURE TO PARK IN THE COLORED LONGER TERM METERS (not the one hour meters) and put some extra time in in case your appointment runs a little over.  If this is a new patient appointment please put 2 hours on the meter just to be safe.   If it’s after 6pm, meters are free.  Please allow yourself a little extra  time prior to your appointment to deal with parking.
When you walk out of the lot (the way you drove in) and you are facing Alpha Dry Cleaners, you will cross the street (to the dry cleaners) and then walk  to your left (away from Lancaster)  and I am a few doors down from the dry cleaners in the Wilson building directly across the street directly from a large grassy area.  Look for 32 on top of my door and my sign.

Per PA guidelines for medical offices, I ask that a mask be worn upon entering the office and throughout treatment. If you have special circumstances, that will be discussed. I ask that you wear a blue surgical or K95 mask. If you do not have one, or forget, a mask can be provided for an additional nominal fee.

Cancellation & Sick Policies

Cancellation Policy
Per PA guidelines for medical offices, I ask that a mask be worn upon entering the office and throughout treatment. If you have special circumstances, that will be discussed. I ask that you wear a blue surgical or K95 mask. If you do not have one, or forget, a mask can be provided for an additional nominal fee.
If you have several late cancels / no shows in a row, a credit card will be required to keep on file in order to rebook future appointments or you will be referred out to another practice that may be a better fit.
This policy has been established to help me serve you better and helps me utilize my time effectively. Cancelling in a timely manner also allows me to offer that time to another patient who may need care. I understand that certain emergency situations or illness arise when an appointment cannot be met and adequate notice is not possible. These situations will be considered on a case by case basis.
Sick Policy
If you are sick with ANY symptoms of of covid or any cold, flu or virus; cough, sore throat, fever, strep throat, respiratory illness, viral stomach bug, etc, PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THE OFFICE. Give me a call so we can discuss and reschedule if necessary. I can also make at home recommendations to help your symptoms.

Insurance Information

I do not work directly and am not in network with any insurance company. This is so I am able to spend a longer amount of time and provide individualized care for each patient and also so I am not limited in utilizing whatever TCM treatment modality I determine may be best suited for each patient, instead of limiting treatments to acupuncture only.
Though I do not accept or bill insurance directly, if your insurance covers acupuncture or you have a health savings account, let me know so I can provide you with a detailed super bill for you to submit on your own. While I will provide coding and details for you to submit on the bill, please bear in mind it is up to you to submit and deal with any issues that may arise with your insurance. I cannot guarantee reimbursement, nor am I able to spend any time speaking with with insurance companies on your behalf.
