What to Expect
Whether it’s talking you through breathing / meditation exercises, self administered acupressure sessions, helping coordinate care with other practitioners or simply providing a friendly ear, Dana is here to support and empower you in whatever ways you need most.
During virtual sessions, Dana will provide all of the tools and skills necessary to help you maintain optimal wellness.
To begin, she will partner with you to address your primary health concerns and offer personalized solutions aimed at relieving your symptoms, as well as educate you on the best ways to boost overall immunity in order to stay healthy year-round.
Then, she will spend some time teaching you how to implement some of the most common forms of TCM treatments in your own home!
Dana will take a step-by-step approach to teach you: Acupressure Moxibustion Myofascial release Qi Gong or Breathing Exercises Ear seeds for auricular acupressure
Finally, an individualized health plan will be formulated based on your unique TCM diagnosis and you will receive a follow up report that outlines all that was discussed.
Should you decide to come into the office, your plan can be modified as you add acupuncture and other in-person treatments into the mix.
